Job summary

Parker Hannifin in the United States seeks a Manufacturing Engineer I to design, implement and review manufacturing processes, procedures and equipment in a single facility, supporting the manufacture and assembly of Parker products.

You will assist in improving techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning layouts to optimize production, quality, cost and safety, while applying core engineering concepts in a structured, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 0–2 years of experience
• Able to apply core engineering concepts and problem solving
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and data analysis tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and design of manufacturing processes to improve production.
• Support in process improvement projects focusing on efficiency, yield, safety, and cost.
• Provide input to senior engineers on design concepts and specifications.
• Ensure basic processes comply with regulatory standards.
• Investigate and recommend corrective actions for quality issues.
