Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Clearfield, UT (Salt Lake City area) is seeking a Process Engineer – Level 2 to partner with design engineering, production, and cross‑functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues, optimize safety, quality, cost, and efficiency. The role involves data analysis, tooling implementation, and presenting technical solutions to leadership and customers.

The position follows a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, and requires the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in Science with ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
• Experience working with operations personnel and cross‑functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain detailed work instructions for products and processes.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering on manufacturability issues.
• Coordinate with production on daily activities and resolve processing issues.
• Analyze processing data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
