Qualifikationen

• 8+ years with Bachelors in Science
• 6+ years with Masters
• 4+ years with PhD
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Aufgaben

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes
• Create and maintain detailed work instructions for products/processes
• Coordinate with Design Engineering on manufacturability issues
• Coordinate with production on day-to-day activities
• Assist in resolving processing issues
• Evaluate and aid in disposition of discrepant hardware
• Troubleshoot processes to improve safety, quality, cost, and efficiency
• Analyze processing data to identify trends and drive corrective actions
• Maintain manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM)
• Support tooling/equipment qualification and implementation
• Prepare and present technical reviews to leadership and customers
