Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a seasoned professional to analyze and optimize business processes in support of Transformation objectives. You will partner with leaders and experts to uncover improvement opportunities, build business cases, and implement sustainable solutions that drive efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities include enabling ongoing process improvement, gathering information with business partners, and delivering reusable technology solutions within budget and timeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant work experience with business and technology projects including process improvement/re-engineering and technology change efforts.
• Experience in process design, business process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Implements low to moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability.
• Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities.
• Establishes a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions.
• Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design oriented solutions with clearly defined business case benefits.
• Supports the development of enterprise change management deliverables for material projects including project charters, SIPOC, RACI maps, risk assessments, control plans, and related artifacts.
