You will partner with executives, LOBs and transformation teams to deliver continuous improvement across operations, aligning projects with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Defines and maintains Business Objects
• Process integration, operations, or technology enablement

Responsibilities

• Implements complex solutions to resolve issues, reduce variability, and improve quality and sustainability.
• Oversees partnerships with support organizations and LOB partners to gather information for solution implementation.
• Integrates process design best practices and applies business redesign to align with long-term goals.
• Manages change by establishing governance routines to inspect health of programs and portfolios.
• Ensures Enterprise Change Management policies are applied in partnership with LOB stakeholders.
