Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Process Improvement professional to analyze processes, document business cases, and drive transformation across business and technology teams. You will lead process assessments, map current and target states, and build compelling business cases for change.

Role requires facilitation with cross-functional stakeholders, expertise in MS Excel/PowerPoint, and familiarity with operational excellence frameworks. A strong Lean/Six Sigma background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of process design experience across people, processes, and technology.
• Advanced process mapping using Visio or ARIS.
• Knowledge of Single Process Inventory and Enterprise Process Management Policy & Standard.
• Proficient facilitation and cross-functional leadership.
• Comfortable handling complex, new situations.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis.
• PowerPoint expertise for presentations.
• 3+ years of strategic planning including multi-year plans and business cases.
• Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification (desired).
• Process Owner certification (desired).
• Wealth Management Operations / Financial Services experience (desired).

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and document business case opportunities.
• Implement process improvement and transformation initiatives supporting Operational Excellence objectives.
• Support execution of change initiatives focused on cost efficiency, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation.
• Work with business leaders and subject matter experts across business and technology teams.
• Support Process Owners in building and maintaining comprehensive process documentation.
• Facilitate process assessments, document current-state processes, identify pain points, and develop target-state recommendations.
• Manage and refine the pipeline of process improvement opportunities.
• Build business cases explaining benefits, costs, and justification for change.
• Implement solutions to optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability.
• Gather information from Line of Business partners to resolve business challenges.
• Establish continuous process improvement using process engineering best practices and reusable technology solutions.
• Develop enterprise change management deliverables, including project charters, SIPOC, RACI process maps, risk assessments, and control plans.
