Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading programs/projects with process owner/consultant roles in dynamic environments.
• Extensive use of process management methodologies in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of operational risk management practices.
• Ability to collaborate across a complex business landscape.
• Experience deploying Lean and continuous improvement.
• Experience gathering performance metrics for efficient processes.
• Leadership of teams across market research operations, data environments, vendor management, budgeting, risk and controls, and governance processes.

• US military experience or as a military spouse/domestic partner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of business professionals responsible for end-to-end ownership of assigned processes.

• Capture, document, sustain, and improve assigned processes.
• Lead process ownership efforts by identifying process gaps and opportunities, recommending solutions, and monitoring key process performance indicators.
• Align with enterprise partners to define and prioritize backlogs, present business cases for funding, and ensure execution.
• Define, develop, and evaluate performance metrics and oversee reporting, data, and analytics.
• Engage stakeholders to maintain alignment on measures of success.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve business process risks and ensure appropriate controls are documented, sustained, and mitigated.
• Collaborate with stakeholders using Agile, Six Sigma, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies to improve or design controlled processes.
• Build and oversee a team through recruiting, development, retention, coaching, performance management, and managerial activities.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and lead continuous process improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience


• 8 years business process execution/knowledge/experience, consulting, and/or process engineering/optimization


• 3 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience


• Experience leading and/or participating in programs/projects, business process owner/consultant efforts in a dynamic environment


• Extensive experience in the application of process management methodologies, standards and policies within a regulated environment


• Knowledge of operational risk management practices


• Organizational agility, with demonstrated ability in developing partnerships across a complex business landscape


• Experience utilizing/implementing Lean and continuous improvement methodologies


• Experience gathering and assessing performance metrics to ensure efficient and effective processes


• Experience managing and leading teams overseeing market research operations, data environments, vendor management, budgeting, risk and controls, and governance processes


• Ability to strategically build and integrate different systems and operations and manage complex processes for stakeholders across different teams


• Experience building best-in-class operating models that balance efficiency with consumer experience


• US military experience gained through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner
