Responsibilities

  • Manage assessment, development, execution, and oversight of process improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrate link between process engineering, productivity, customer satisfaction, and measurable results.
  • Partner with executives on strategic project implementation and budgeting decisions.
  • Own a group of processes in the Single Process Inventory.
  • Understand processes, manage process health, and improve end-to-end processes.
  • Address root causes of performance issues and create action plans to mitigate risks.
  • Analyze processes and document business cases, opportunities, efficiencies, and benefits.
  • Implement complex solutions to resolve issues, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability.
  • Partner with support organizations and LOB partners to implement solutions.
  • Apply process design best practices and business redesign concepts.
  • Establish governance routines to monitor program and project portfolio health.
  • Apply Enterprise Change Management policies and standards.
  • Document end-to-end process maps, controls, metrics, risks, and customer impacts.
  • Monitor process and control performance metrics, review action plans, and resolve open issues.
  • Own all deliverables related to the Single Process Inventory.
  • Champion continuous improvement and enhance client experience.
  • Capture and prioritize feedback and improvement opportunities.
  • Simplify processes before leveraging technology for enhancement or automation.
  • Coordinate with OpEx Champions on improvement ideas, funding requests, and process enhancements.
  • Identify training and procedure update needs.
  • Own responses and approvals for regulatory exams, internal audits, and monitoring reviews.
  • Use analytics to translate issues into process improvements with defined business-case benefits.
