Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-oriented transformation consultant to lead process improvement and organizational change initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will identify opportunities, define measurable outcomes, and drive adoption of improvements in finance, operations, and HR.

You will analyze performance metrics, design data-driven strategies, guide stakeholders through new workflows and automation, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; or 2.5+ years in related area.
• Proven expertise in process improvement and organizational change management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven performance evaluation skills.
• Ability to lead transformational change initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of business processes, automation, internal policies, and external regulations.
• Experience developing actionable recommendations from performance insights.
• Six Sigma certification preferred; bilingual Mandarin-English is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 6 months’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area; OR 2.5 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area
• Proven expertise in process improvement and organizational change management
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven performance evaluation and trend analysis
• Ability to lead and execute transformational change initiatives from planning through implementation
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of business process workflows, automation, internal policies, and external regulations
• Experience developing actionable recommendations based on business metrics and performance insights
• Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and company values
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred
• Experience leading a cross-functional team preferred
• Master’s in Business preferred
• Six Sigma certification preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
