You will collaborate with business partners, lead improvement initiatives, and apply modern process engineering practices, including AI/LLMs, to achieve measurable results and sustainable controls.

Responsibilities

• Enable Process Owners & Partners: Deliver training, coaching, and routines to equip Process Owners with tools and knowledge to succeed.
• Mitigate Risk: Promote continuous improvement and simplification; ensure processes are properly scoped with risk indicators.
• Provide Oversight: Ensure processes are documented, mapped, and compliant with enterprise standards.
• Drive Process Maturity: Offer thought leadership and end-to-end process expertise to deliver transformative results.
• Facilitate Solutions: Address issues, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls and sustainability.
• Collaborate with Business Partners: Gather insights to design and implement solutions for critical challenges.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to apply process engineering best practices and leverage AI/LLMs.
• Leverage Analytics: Use data and critical thinking to solve complex problems and define business case benefits.
