Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in engineering or related field.
• Green belt certification or ability to attain it after hire.

Responsibilities

• Train team members on DMAIC and Kaizen methods.
• Lead DMAIC/Kaizen projects and identify LSS opportunities.
• Build and drive a Lean Six Sigma culture in Wisconsin operations.
• Support capital project design, integration, and start-up.
• Evaluate processes and improve OEE and cost efficiency.
