Job summary

Elevate, part of the Amrize family, is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and implement manufacturing processes for new and legacy products. You will lead continuous improvement, focusing on safety, quality, scrap reduction, efficiency, and machine utilization.

Strong analytical and project-management skills are required. Responsibilities include evaluating process parameters, supporting PFMEA and control plans, and driving Six Sigma projects across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of plant manufacturing experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process improvements to boost safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and implement process control plans and PFMEA under guidance.
• Conduct SPC analysis and monitor process performance against specs.
• Provide technical training and support to production teams.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and QA on projects.
• Drive Six Sigma initiatives and waste reduction at the site.
