Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial/food engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in process improvement, engineering, or operations in a food manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with HACCP and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize plant processes, equipment, and layouts.
• Develop and implement lean improvements to productivity and quality.
• Ensure improvements comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze performance data to guide improvement strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage improvement projects.
• Provide training on new processes and standards.
• Perform root cause analyses for disruptions and defects.
