Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing with mechanical/production processes and quality assurance
• Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering field required

Responsibilities

• Learn machine functions and process flow in assigned area
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve quality and productivity
• Analyze, record and maintain process data for reference
• Identify and implement workflow optimizations to boost uptime and reduce waste
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction activities
