Responsibilities

• Provides plant leadership for manufacturing control strategies and process improvement plans.
• Develops capital authorization requests and manages capital projects.
• Uses Six Sigma and Total Quality Management tools to improve productivity, reduce scrap and enhance quality.
• Establishes standard work instructions for manufacturing procedures.
• Conducts mill audits and develops improvement action plans.
• Manages and documents mill engineering changes and ensures current records.
