Caltrol Inc. is seeking Inside Sales Engineers to join our growing team. Based in Las Vegas, NV; Chandler, AZ; Ontario, CA; or Livermore, CA, you will blend technical knowledge with business acumen to size, quote, and support automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Engineering or STEM degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience interpreting technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineer size and select valves, actuators, and instrumentation solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements to recommend technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up on opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and provide responsive support.
• Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to ensure smooth orders.
• Develop knowledge of Caltrol products and expand technical capabilities.
