Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree with a STEM focus or demonstration of technical sales competency.
• Strong customer, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Team attitude and willingness to coordinate projects internally.
• Ability to handle special assignments and a demanding workload to meet customer deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Size, select, and engineer process valves, actuators, and instrumentation to address customers' problems and applications.
• Gather information from customers and teammates to determine the best technical and commercial solution for each opportunity.
• Regularly interact with customers to provide exceptional service and establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Develop and apply valuable expertise about Caltrol's solutions.
• Support internal customers to provide support and efficient execution of customer orders.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Account Managers on key opportunities to determine Caltrol's scope and sales strategy.
