Job summary

Mettler-Toledo is seeking a Field Service Technician to support analytical measurement solutions across industrial processes. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain devices, while delivering basic end-user training and promoting service offerings.

This role requires strong electronics and instrumentation aptitude and a proactive, customer-facing approach. You will operate in a field service capacity, travel as needed, and collaborate with scheduling and support teams to ensure high

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with aptitude in engineering, electronics, instrumentation, technology or computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree (AA) with a technical major preferred, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industry products without assistance.
• Resolve first-line customer concerns and help with invoicing issues when applicable.
• Perform calibrations and preventative maintenance per METTLER TOLEDO procedures and customer requirements.
• Provide basic end-user training.
• Promote and sell service and products; submit sales leads as appropriate.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accuracy and control over stocked items.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies; meet uptime goals and deadlines.
