Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers across the assigned region by performing preventative maintenance, calibrations, and basic repairs on industrial weighing equipment. You will document work, manage service records, and travel to customer sites as required.

You will be expected to obtain a Weights and Measures license, handle PCs and service software, and work with the Scheduling Analyst and Service Support Team to meet uptime and response-time targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be willing to obtain and maintain a Weights and Measures license.
• Customer-facing or field service experience is preferred; commercial experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and calibration on weighing equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and support installations, projects, and repairs with senior technicians as needed.
• Provide end-user training on proper operation and care of equipment.
