Job Overview
Provide services and support as a Problem Solving Training Course Instructor aligned with the Problem Solving Training Functional Area in the DOD/Military Industry Sector.
This role focuses on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). It involves delivering problem‑solving learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop lesson plans for classroom and virtual instruction.
- Facilitate learning activities, assessments, and coaching sessions.
- Provide feedback and support curriculum updates based on learner surveys.
- Deliver 2‑day instructor‑led training workshops (16 hours).
Desired Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, or workforce development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Instructional certifications preferred.
- Experience in the DOD/Military sector or related functional areas.
Skills Required
- Facilitation, adult learning, communication, and curriculum delivery.
- Virtual instruction and assessment design.

Other Requirements
- NACI eligibility required.
- Comprehensive proficiency with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio preferred.
