The role involves developing and delivering problem-solving learning solutions for clients including the US Army Reserve Command, aimed at enhancing workforce readiness and leadership effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, or workforce development experience.
• Instructional certifications preferred.
• Experience in the DOD/Military sector or related functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans for classroom and virtual instruction.
• Facilitate learning activities, assessments, and coaching sessions.
• Provide feedback and support curriculum updates based on learner surveys.
• Deliver 2-day instructor-led training workshops (16 hours).
