Job Overview
Provide services and support as a Conflict Management Training Course Instructor. This role aligns with the Conflict Management Training Functional Area in the DOD/Military Industry Sector and supports the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Civilian Training Services located in the Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC) and across the U.S. East Coast Region. The instructor will develop and deliver conflict management learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey‑driven improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred.
