Job summary

Pierson Computing Connection, Inc. seeks a skilled ProAVL Project Manager to oversee multiple ProAVL projects from initiation to closure.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to define scope, timelines, and resources, while guiding installers and staff to ensure successful delivery. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and budget control, with responsibilities including training, HR support, and performance management for the ProAVL Services group.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with all essential functions and competencies.
• Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• AVIXA CTS Certification within one year of hire.
• Preferred: at least three years of ProAVL installation experience.
• CAPM or PMP certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects within defined timeframes and budget parameters.
• Develop project plans with clients and Pierson team.
• Lead ProAVL Services training and staff development.
• Prepare project reports for management and clients.
• Travel up to 20% of work time.
