Job summary

Team Charlie-Lima-Romeo is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own relationships for automotive dealer clients. You will drive a proactive website strategy, respond quickly to inquiries, and enable portfolio growth while ensuring customer happiness.

Ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing/retail experience, strong analytics, and familiarity with Salesforce. This is a full-time, on-site role in our Phoenix office requiring commuting distance.

Qualifications

BS/BA or equivalent education/experience
2–3 years in automotive digital strategy or related field
Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations
Digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing)
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Self-motivated and proactive
Knowledge of Salesforce
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website analytics and Google Analytics
Analytical, data-driven thinking and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customer needs drive priorities
Manage full and/or complex account load
Discuss user problems with customers and prioritize bugs and issues
Provide monthly reporting with KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO and priorities
Propose new feature requests to leadership
Communicate priorities, timelines and guidance to customers
Use Salesforce to create product backlogs and track cases
Collaborate to grow portfolio through upsell and upgrades
Maintain external client retention and progress across accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to support dealer needs
Provide site performance enhancement recommendations
