Job summary

Team Charlie-Lima-Romeo is seeking a Website Performance Manager to drive proactive website strategy for automotive dealership clients in Phoenix. You will own client relationships, manage complex portfolios, and deliver revenue and retention initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in automotive digital strategy with a strong understanding of dealership operations and website advertising. This is a full-time, onsite role in Phoenix with benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

BS/BA or equivalent education in a related field.
2-3 years in retail automotive digital strategy or automotive retail management.
Deep understanding of dealership operations and customer relationships.
Strong knowledge of website strategy, SEM, SEO, and analytics tools.
Proficient with Salesforce and MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customers’ needs drive priorities.
Responsible for a full and/or complex account load.
Speak with customers to understand and articulate user problems and triage bugs.
Execute monthly reporting with KPIs, GA data, SEO/advertising insights.
Assess, prioritize, and present new feature requests to leadership.
Communicate priorities, timelines, and deadlines to customers.
Leverage Salesforce to create backlogs, track cases, and monitor efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive portfolio growth and upsell.
Ensure external client retention and manage accounts within portfolio.
Coordinate requests with inter-department teams to support service delivery.
Provide recommendations on site performance and enhancements.
