Job summary

Team Charlie-Lima-Romeo seeks a Website Performance Manager to own relationships for automotive dealership clients. You will drive proactive website strategy, respond quickly to inquiries, and manage product retention with revenue and non-revenue enhancements.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing, agency, or retail management experience, and strong dealership operations knowledge, plus expertise in website strategy and advertising.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in retail automotive digital strategy or related.
• Understanding dealership operations and working with all levels.
• Digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, SEO, Google Ads).
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Self-motivated, team player, proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, data-driven thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Responsible for a full and/or complex account load.
• Speak with customers to understand issues and prioritize bugs.
• Execute monthly reporting with KPIs and Google Analytics.
• Assess and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines and guidance to customers.
• Leverage Salesforce to create backlogs and track cases.
• Drive portfolio growth with Customer Success for upsell.
• Retain external clients and manage progress across accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to support dealer needs.
• Provide recommendations on site performance and enhancements.
