Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Background check and SAFÉ Mortgage Licensing Act compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs; open deposit accounts and take loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals and bank products.
• Refer clients to bank partners (mortgage, wealth, private client, business banking).
• Conduct regular client outreach calls offering tailored financial solutions.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, products and services.
• Support teller line to minimize customer wait times and process transactions.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend trainings to stay current on sales, service, and product knowledge.
• Assist Banking Center Manager with training personnel and on-the-job coaching.
• Assist with vault controls, audit controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed of operational updates and changes.
