Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill deposit and borrowing needs, guiding options and processing applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with client goals and refer to other bank lines as needed.
• Referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners.
• Conduct regular outreach calls to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Support sales culture by coaching associates on sales, referrals, products, and services.
• Support teller line to minimize wait times and process financial transactions when needed.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve issues.
• Attend sales, service, and product training to enhance knowledge.
• Maintain compliance with bank regulations, policies, and risk controls.
