Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guiding through options and opening accounts.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals using bank products and services.
• Recognize opportunities to deepen relationships and refer to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking.
• Conduct regular calls to clients and prospects with tailored financial solutions.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, products and services to maintain high performance.
• Support teller line to minimize customer wait time and process transactions as needed.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend training to enhance service and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, risk management and ethics.
• Assist in meetings to promote sales, product knowledge and customer service.
• Assist management with on-the-job training of new associates.
• Assist with dual control vault responsibilities and audit controls.
• Stay informed of updates to ensure compliance with guidelines.
