• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities across NY HQ and Perris warehouse.
• Ownership mindset with proactive follow-through and persistence to drive tasks to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate with multiple teams and 3PL partners.
• Ability to learn internal systems (Infor M3, Deposco) and translate requirements into action.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between New York office and Perris 3PL warehouse.
• Communicate priorities, deadlines, and special instructions daily.
• Monitor orders/projects, report status, and flag delays to headquarters.
• Ensure shipping information, packing lists, BOLs, tracking, and documents are accurate.
