American Exchange Group in Perris, CA is seeking a Routing & Logistics Supervisor with 5+ years of routing and shipping experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory role to oversee daily operations and lead a small logistics team.

You will coordinate routing for major retail clients, ensure timely shipments, manage EDI transactions, and collaborate with production, warehouse, and customer service to meet schedules and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in routing, logistics or transportation coordination.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong Excel skills.
• U.S. work authorization.
• Experience routing to major retailers preferred (Target, Walmart, JCPenney, Kohl's).

Responsabilités

• Supervise routing and logistics team in daily operations.
• Route pickups and deliveries for major retail clients.
• Verify routing details for accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Calculate cubed dimensions and shipment volumes.
• Review Bills of Lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Oversee EDI transactions (753/754 and others) and document transmission.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and customer service to meet schedules.
• Maintain routing standards for on-time, cost-efficient shipments.
• Identify process improvements to boost logistics performance.
