Job summary

Creative Innovation Inc. in Palmyra, NJ seeks a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping coordination, carrier communication, and 3PL warehouse management to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.

You will work with UPS, FedEx, and other carriers to monitor outbound shipments, resolve issues, and improve delivery performance in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse logistics, 3PL operations, parcel shipping, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and other major U.S. carriers is preferred.
• Understanding of outbound shipping processes, order fulfillment, and carrier pickup coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve logistics exceptions quickly.
• Ability to track and analyze basic logistics data (volume, delivery performance, costs).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and carrier arrangements between company-operated warehouses and 3PL warehouses.
• Communicate with UPS, FedEx, and other carriers to follow up on pickups and delivery status.
• Monitor outbound order volume and carrier capacity to support efficient fulfillment.
• Develop shipping allocation plans based on order volume and timelines.
• Track and resolve logistics exceptions (delays, missed scans, returns).
• Maintain communication with 3PL warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare logistics reports on shipment volume, delivery performance, and costs.
• Support peak seasons and promotional periods with contingency plans.
• Assist with cross-warehouse transfers and last-mile delivery coordination.
