Job summary

American Exchange Group, located in Perris, CA, seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to maintain accurate multi-client warehouse inventory, lead cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to improve accuracy and efficiency. This role reports to Operations Manager in AELogistix/Shiplogiq and is onsite at 375 E Markham St, Perris.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inventory control within a warehouse or 3PL, strong WMS experience, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inventory control experience in a warehouse or 3PL.
• Strong WMS experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience managing cycle counts and audits.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations
• Perform and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS
• Partner with Receiving, B2B, DTC, and Production teams to prevent errors
• Develop SOPs for inventory handling and adjustments
• Prepare inventory reports for internal teams and clients
• Support client audits and physical inventories
• Monitor shrink, damages, and loss trends
