• Ability to work cross-functionally with warehouse, inventory, and transportation teams.

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned accounts in a 3PL environment.
• Respond quickly to inquiries about orders, inventory, shipments, and service requests.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation to resolve issues.
• Monitor order progress and communicate risks or delays early.
• Enter and maintain data across ERP, WMS, and CRM platforms.
• Assist with new-client onboarding and documentation.
• Track service metrics and drive accountability.
• Investigate complaints, shortages, and shipping errors to drive resolution.
• Join client check-ins and service meetings to align expectations.
• Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and performance.
