Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on MSP infrastructure experience.
• Strong LAN/WAN and networking knowledge.
• Windows Server / infrastructure administration.
• RMM and security tooling experience.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency and documentation skills.
• Experience auditing client environments and creating SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively audit and assess client technology environments.
• Lead client-facing technology reviews and develop actionable recommendations.
• Maintain and improve client standards, runbooks, and documentation.
• Create client runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, support, and strategy teams.
