Bowman Williams is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to support advanced escalations across Microsoft cloud environments, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, and more for Southern California client environments.

You will own complex escalations, mentor junior technicians, and help improve documentation so fewer issues need escalation. This local WFH role offers work-life balance and growth opportunities within a long-standing MSP.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of MSP experience across multiple client environments.
• Experience handling advanced escalations across Microsoft, cloud, server, and security environments.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Cloud, or similar VDI environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and remote access technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own advanced escalations across Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and security tools.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop environments including user issues, session issues, scaling, image updates, policies, and performance concerns.
• Assist with configuration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services and on-prem resources.
• Work with VMware vSphere, backup tools, endpoint security, and IT Glue for documentation and runbooks.
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians on troubleshooting and customer communication.
• Create and improve runbooks, SOPs, escalation notes, and client records.
