Grant Cardone Enterprises is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to own sourcing strategy end-to-end in a 100% onsite environment in New York. This hunter mentality role requires proactive market research, direct outreach, and building a robust pipeline to fill roles rapidly.

You will screen, vet, and submit only top-tier “A” players to hiring managers, coordinate interviews, offers, and close hires while tracking recruiting KPIs and maintaining clean ATS records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proactive/direct sourcing experience and ability to build pipeline.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and metrics-driven performance.
• Ability to work 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive and active candidates through direct outreach, market mapping, referrals, and competitor research.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent across requisitions.
• Screen and vet candidates, submitting only top-tier candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, closure.
