Job summary

Cardone Training Technologies, Inc. is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to proactively build a sourcing pipeline and own end-to-end recruiting for a rapidly scaling, 100% onsite workforce in Aventura, FL.

You will source passive and active candidates, screen and vet them rigorously, manage intake, interviews, offers and closing, and report KPIs. This role is onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a performance-based bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record closing top talent.
• Strong judgment in evaluating candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Accountability to KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive and active candidates through direct outreach and market mapping.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline across requisitions.
• Screen and vet candidates, submitting only top fits to hiring managers.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers and close.
• Maintain professional candidate and manager relationships throughout the process.
