Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for on-site roles across the U.S.
• Source passive and active candidates to build a diverse pipeline.
• Conduct structured interviews and present scorecards.
• Manage ATS workflow and candidate communications.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate with HR for budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and onboarding.
