The recruiter will own sourcing strategy end-to-end, lead candidates through the hiring process, and collaborate with sales leadership to maintain a robust talent pipeline for a rapidly scaling organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in sales roles.
• Hunter mentality and proactive pipeline building.
• Ability to manage sourcing strategy end-to-end and outreach.
