Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Sales role in Columbia, SC. The position focuses on building relationships with PRO customers, supporting the PRO desk, and driving growth of the PRO program within the store.

The role requires strong communication, at least 1 year in contractor sales, and familiarity with CRM systems. Travel up to 20% may be required, and the schedule aligns with store hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. An Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish or dominant language in the store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in our store and promote PRO programs.
• Maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products and selling process.
• Travel to customer and PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager when needed to present benefits.
