Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to drive sales with Pro customers, manage quotes and orders, and promote Lowe’s loyalty programs. You will develop relationships, coordinate deliveries, and ensure project success while maintaining Pro Desk standards.

Responsibilities include learning customer needs, creating material lists, and collaborating with fulfillment and outside sales teams to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• General Studies.
• External experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales experience with the ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
• 1 year of experience providing customer service, including resolving issues and assisting customers.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers to identify project opportunities.
• Develop deep understanding of Pro customers' businesses and project needs.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe’s Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to complete projects on time.
• Prospect for new Pro customers and build relationships on the shop floor.
• Utilize Pro Extended Aisle and Pro Merchandising to win sales when stock is limited.
• Partner with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside teams for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized Pro Desk area; support store operations.
• Leverage Lowe’s U and training platforms to update knowledge and selling skills.
