Lowe’s is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers, learn project scopes, and tailor solutions with quotes, blueprints, and material lists. You will promote Pro Credit and Lowe’s Loyalty Programs to grow Pro accounts and coordinate deliveries to meet project timelines.

The role emphasizes building relationships on the sales floor, maintaining Pro Desk standards, and leveraging Lowe’s training resources to sharpen selling skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or retail experience.
• 1 year of sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs.
• 1 year of customer service experience resolving issues and building relationships.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers and driving growth.
• Understand Pro customers' needs, scope, timelines, and material requirements.
• Create quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe’s Loyalty Programs to grow Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up for projects.
• Prospect new Pro customers and build relationships on the sales floor.
• Utilize Pro programs to win sales when stock is limited.
• Partner with salesfloor and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean Pro Desk area and support store operations.
• Leverage Lowe’s training platforms to improve selling skills.
