Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Bedford, VA is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to drive Pro customer relationships, hit sales goals, and coordinate quotes, orders, and deliveries for Pro projects.

You will promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs, collaborate with store teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, and maintain a well-organized Pro Desk while advancing product knowledge through Lowe's U training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• General Studies.
• 1 year of sales experience with the ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
• 1 year of customer service experience, including resolving issues and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers and driving growth.
• Understand Pro customers' project needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to ensure on-time completion.
• Prospect for new Pro customers and review Top Accounts on MyRedVest.
• Utilize expanded inventory capabilities with Pro Extended Aisle and Pro Merchandising programs to win sales.
• Partner with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside sales teams for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean Pro Desk area and support store operations.
• Leverage Lowe's U and training platforms to improve selling skills.
