Floor & Decor in Chesterfield, VA is seeking a Pro Services Manager to lead the Pro business within a designated sales territory. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and build strong relationships with professional customers, working with regional leadership to beat financial targets.

The role requires prospecting, pricing development, and collaboration with sales, operations, and marketing to maximize campaigns and opportunities. Frequent travel to call on customers is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of outside sales experience (Retail industry preferred).
• Demonstrated skills in sales and business development.
• Ability to analyze sales data, develop recommendations and solutions.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
• Persuasive communication skills (oral and written) and be able to deliver executive-level presentations.

Aufgaben

• Prospect continuously for new clients through telephone, in-store and outside sales.
• Maintain current list of all prospects in electronic database as specified.
• Develop pricing and business development strategies with management.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and marketing to focus on leads and campaigns.
• Participate in trade associations, trade shows and promotional efforts.
• Analyze local market to identify opportunities and buyers.
• Prepare reports on status of leads and referrals; plan prospect visits.
• Submit proposals and responses to RFQs/RFPs after pricing approval.
• Make sales presentations and solicit orders to achieve goals.
• Develop referrals and assess customer satisfaction for future opportunities.
