Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Pro Sales representative to lead the pro business within a designated sales territory.

You will drive sales growth and profitability by building account relationships, analyzing local markets, creating pricing strategies, and collaborating with management to maximize opportunities. The role requires ongoing prospecting, in-store and outside sales, and regular travel throughout the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience (Retail industry preferred).
• Demonstrated skills in sales and business development.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop recommendations.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Persuasive communication skills (oral and written) and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect continuously for new clients by telephone, in-store sales, and outside sales.
• Maintain current prospects list in electronic database.
• Develop pricing and business development strategies with management.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and marketing to focus on leads and campaigns.
• Prepare reports on status of leads and follow-ups.
• Make sales presentations to prospective customers.
• Submit proposals and responses to RFQs/RFPs with pricing approval.
• Attend training to enhance business development skills.
