Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Pro Sales Leader to direct the Pro business within a designated sales territory, driving growth and profitability with marketing and sales methodologies. You will monitor KPIs, manage relationships with professional customers, and collaborate with executive leadership to exceed financial targets.

The role requires prospecting, pricing development, and working closely with store teams to leverage leads and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Three years outside sales experience; retail preferred.
• Demonstrated sales & business development skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and recommend solutions.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, able to present at executive level.
• Team player with responsible project handling.
• Strong customer service orientation; results-driven.
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients via phone, in-store and outside sales.
• Develop pricing and business development strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and marketing to focus on leads and campaigns.
• Attend trade associations, trade shows and promotional events.
• Analyze local market opportunities and select buyer targets.
• Follow up on referrals and leads; monitor contract calendars.
