Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Pro Services Manager in Lewis Center, OH to lead the Pro business within a defined sales territory. The role drives sales growth and profitability by leveraging marketing, pricing and service strategies while building key professional customer accounts.

You will monitor KPIs, collaborate with regional management, and craft local strategies to improve customer satisfaction and competitive edge.

Qualifications

Three years of outside sales experience (Retail industry preferred).
Ability to analyze sales data and develop recommendations.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Persuasive communication and executive-level presentation ability.
Willing to travel daily throughout the assigned area.

Responsibilities

Prospect continuously for new clients via phone, in-store, and outside sales.
Maintain a current prospect list in electronic database.
Develop pricing and business development strategies with management.
Coordinate with sales, operations and marketing to focus on leads and campaigns.
Attend trade associations and promotional efforts.
Make sales presentations and solicit orders to achieve goals.
Meet regularly with new clients to assess satisfaction and generate referrals.
Prepare proposals in response to RFQs/RFPs.
Travel daily throughout the assigned area.
