Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Pro Sales Leader to drive growth and profitability for the Pro business across a designated territory.

You will monitor KPIs, develop pricing and business development strategies, and collaborate with store leadership to maximize opportunities with professional customers. You will prospect new clients, manage pipelines, present proposals, and travel daily to call on existing and prospective customers.

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience (Retail industry preferred).
• Demonstrated skills in sales and business development.
• Ability to analyze sales data, develop recommendations and solutions.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Persuasive communication skills and ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
• Willingness to travel daily throughout the assigned area.

Responsabilités

• Prospect continuously for new clients through various techniques including telephone and in-store sales.
• Maintain current prospect list in electronic database.
• Develop pricing and business development strategies with management.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and marketing to focus on leads and campaigns.
• Participate in trade associations and promotional efforts.
• Analyze local market to identify opportunities and buyers.
• Follow up on referrals and leads to gauge timing and interest.
• Plan prospect visits with operations personnel and make sales presentations.
• Solicit orders and process approved services to achieve goals.
• Meet new clients to assess satisfaction and gather referrals.
