Job summary

A leading flooring retailer in Naples, Florida is seeking a dedicated PRO Services Associate. This role focuses on building relationships with professional customers and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include supporting the PRO desk, managing orders, and collaborating with the store team. Candidates should have a High School diploma, at least one year of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers a starting pay of $15.00 per hour and various benefits, including paid vacation and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and be results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: manage orders, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Salesforce / CRM software

Bilingual in Spanish

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
